This was such a cute place with a very kind staff. I placed an online takeout order and still got the same respect and kindness that someone having a 3-hour meal would. My order wasn't quite ready but the maitre d' offered me a glass of water during the wait. I finally ate the cheese pizza and focaccia - both were stellar. To anyone in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Out of the Fire has moved to a new location. This is an actual house, where each room in the house is a dining area. This is a cute concept and gives a distinctive dining experience. You can park along the street; there is a specific parking area next to the gas station across that is available for OftF patron after 5pm. The staff were very attentive but not overbearing. The attention and the detailed services make them above other restaurants, which makes the atmosphere and the ambiance more enjoyable. The menu isn't large - and it doesn't really need to be, as long as the items on the menu are executed well. The presentation and the plating of the dishes can be summarized as colorful rustic beauty. The dishes are aromatic and delicious. Each ingredient has its own characteristic representation; however, when combined, skillful balance of texture and enhancement of overall flavor cannot be missed. Definitely ask the special of the day is – thoroughly enjoyed the Anchovy Toast during our visit Recommended dishes: Maze Platter. NOTE: order extra Naan. You will need it Grilled Pork Chop. So juicy and full of flavor! The sauce accompanies the pork is unreal! Fire Roasted Trout. Great balance of texture, color and seasoning. Light, yet satisfying. Margarita Pizza – Homemade dough is the highlight Thank you Out of the Fire, for giving us such great meal and fantastic experience.

Out of the Fire is a blend of culinary magic and artistic flair. The upstairs dining area felt wonderfully homey and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. The downstairs was vibrant and bustling, adding a lively atmosphere to the evening. Both the wine and cocktails were outstanding, perfectly complementing the fresh, locally sourced dishes. My favorites were the mussels, trout, and every dessert.

Strong drinks, tasty fresh food, local art. We ordered the mezze plate appetizer, which was over $20 but it was GOOD and it came with a lot of fresh naan. Seriously the best hummus I've ever had. My rainbow trout was good, but next time I'll be trying the mussels.

Came here for the pizza because that’s what my son wanted to have for dinner. I’m so glad that I chose this place. I found out they have vegan pizza. It’s delicious. The grilled calamari was so good. It’s tender with perfect seasoning. Highly recommend this dish. The mussels is really good too. I definitely go back here when I’m in Easton.

Wonderful experience! Such attention to detail! This restaurant is located in a renovated older home, with lovely architecture right down to the refinished wood floors. Our server, Matt, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He made good recommendations. Try the falafel sandwich! My husband enjoyed the special pizza with ham, goat cheese, and fig jam. We will visit again the next time we're in the area!

Everything was perfect. Had researched restaurants in Easton MD for a trip and Out of the Fire made the list but frankly we were 100 yards away when the rain became harder and we said, "Let's give it a try." Wow! The rain was a sign - a very good sign. Service from MaryAnn and full team was top notch - attentive but not intrusive; friendly but not "too" familiar. Food was amazing. We split a salad from the special list that lived up to the billing - fresh baby greens, celery, blue cheese, sunflower seeds and toasted sourdough crumbs for a nice crunch. We paired it with forcacia bread. Entrees were pork collars braised in a wood fired oven with pickled onion and capers; and a maitake mushroom and shishito pepper pizza topped with fontina cheese. HAD to try a dessert- two warm chocolate chip cookies with house made Earl Grey-date-almond ice cream. There aren't enough stars to do justice to this review. And again: MaryAnn did an amazing job of presenting the menu and each course. Add to all this the decor which is simple but elegant with fabulous photography enhanced with a soundtrack of cool jazz. If you're in Easton, go to Out of the Fire. If you're 100 miles away, start driving.

Local book shop recommended this place with 20 years serving the community. Local and sustainable products only provide excellent quality food for good value. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available, and disability accessible. Ancho spices on potato wedges were strong enough. Pulled pork open faced sandwich with homemade slaw and fried onions was sweet and delicious. House made drinks and dressings for salad were tasty.
